When servicing this opportunity, you can expect to answer inbound calls from individuals who are seeking roadside assistance for vehicles that:
• Will not start
• Have stopped working
• Have keys locked inside
• Have a flat tire(s)
• Ran out of gas
• Were in an accident

What it takes to succeed:

To be truly successful while providing roadside assistance work on the Arise® Platform, you should:
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving and listening skills.
• Display patience and empathy, and manage stress while providing roadside assistance work.
• Demonstrate skilled and efficient writing and verbal communication.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service.
• Understand how to navigate and efficiently use various system tools.

Skills necessary:

Most of the enterprise client programs on the Arise Platform require customer service skills. This can include specific skillsets as defined by the client, and soft skills such as empathy, positive attitude, and attentiveness.

In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform, you must pass a series of assessments and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing support to customers, service providers, and partners through outbound calls.
• Negotiating agreeable service rates for services rendered.
• Helping to guarantee a smooth and empathetic customer experience.
• Gathering & verifying all information with the Customer.
• Document all issues, resolution, and follow up actions
• Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
