What to expect:

- Inbound sales, customer service and store support
- Assisting customers with product questions
- Placing new orders
- Handling existing orders, returns and replacements
- Provide store specific support
- Contacting vendors for shipping information

What it takes to succeed:

The best customer service representative for this client is self-motivated, works well under pressure, solves problems, and shows empathy for customers every step of the way.

Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations.

Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills are a must.

It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.

What you'll be doing:

Providing great customer service for a leading Home Improvement company.

It could look like any number of sales support functions, including but not limited to:
- Inbound sales, customer service and store support
- Assisting customers with product questions
- Placing new orders

- Provide store-specific support
- Contacting vendors for shipping information
